Cacao nibs are the bits of toasted cacao beans that got away— for a little bit — never to be ground and formed into our block, but all of the same goodness. Great on morning yums like smoothies, yogurt or in granola, and powerful toppings for cakes, cacaos, and maybe some ice cream.

They are loaded with nutrients and powerful plant compounds that have been shown to benefit health in many ways, such as theobromine, anandamide, magnesium, calcium and zinc. Also, they’re high in fiber! We’ve yet to note any less-than-positive side effects 🙂
