I’ve truly enjoyed this ceremonial cacao. I chose the Las Victorias region and have found it to be smooth, comforting, and deeply grounding. I prepare it regularly as part of my morning or evening ritual, and it has become something I genuinely look forward to each day.
The flavor feels rich and balanced without being harsh or overly bitter, and it pairs beautifully with warming spices like cinnamon and cardamom. Beyond the taste, I personally feel it has helped ease some of the heart discomfort and tension I was experiencing.

I love the beautiful flavor, but it’s just a little too bitter for my tummy. I am playing around with watering it down and nut milks. I definitely have to add honey.
