We Stand Behind This Cacao
We've been sitting with this medicine for years. We know what it is, where it comes from, and what it can do. Which is why we're confident sending it to you.
That said — cacao is food, and food is personal. If it turns out this particular plant and your particular palate aren't a match, we get it. We can't accept returns on consumable products, and we hope that makes sense. What we can do is make sure you're never left with a problem we caused.
If your cacao arrived melted — take a breath. It's still good. Melting doesn't damage ceremonial cacao; it just means it got warm in transit. Let it cool somewhere shaded, give it a little reshape, and it'll re-set. The medicine is all still there.
If it arrived genuinely damaged — cracked packaging, broken pieces, anything that doesn't look right beyond a normal melt — send us a photo and we'll sort it out.
If something arrives wrong or missing — that's on us, full stop. Email hellonow@holywowcacao.com with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right, quickly and without hassle.
Our handmade pieces — ceramics, tools, artisan items — are made by human hands, which means each one is its own thing. Photos do their best, but the real object has its own character. We think that's part of the beauty. If the variation feels significant, talk to us.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
If something feels off about your order — whatever it is — reach out. We're real people at hellonow@holywowcacao.com and we actually read these.
