Shipping & Returns
Your block starts its journey on the shores of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala — hand-peeled, fire-roasted, pressed into block by the women's collective in Tzununá. It travels north to our North Carolina fulfillment location, and from there, straight to your door.
When we ship
We ship every Tuesday and Friday. Get your order in by midnight on Monday or Thursday to have your order sent out the next shipping day. After the cutoff, it rides on the next one. Your tracking number comes as soon as it's moving.
Carriers
We ship via USPS. Most domestic orders arrive within [2–5] business days from ship date — carrier timelines are theirs to keep, but we'll always get it out on time on our end.
A note about heat
Cacao is pure, untempered, and it knows when it's warm. If your block sits in a hot mailbox or on a sunny doorstep, it may soften. Still 100% good cacao — just reshape and let it re-set somewhere cool. We especially recommend checking your delivery quickly in summer.
Your address
Double-check your address before placing your order. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, email hellonow@holywowcacao.com with your order number and your corrected address — we'll invoice you for the postage to send it again.
