Our process: We partner with 3 different indigenously-owned, organic permaculture family farms, where the beans are fermented and sun-dried. The beans are then transported to our facility here on the shores of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala to be lightly-toasted, hand-peeled and pressed to a fine paste by our local Mayan women’s collective.
Each block of your ceremonial-grade cacao paste comes comes wrapped in biodegradable packaging to remain eco-friendly in all parts of our process, and every shipment includes the Warrior Sit & Sip recipe to make a cup powerful enough for ceremony & balancing enough for that ritual-shifting morning coffee alternative you may be seeking.
