This 1-pound block of 100% Pure Ceremonial Cacao is shipped fresh from Guatemala. Serve it up with intention in circle, use it to sit in meditation or wake up your morning warrior, make chocolate with it, smoothies and hot chocolate, bake a cake, & do you! This “Food of the Gods” is as good as it gets.
Lightly toasted, this block of cacao has been received as bean from one of our 4 partner family farms, where it’s sun-dried & fermented. The beans are then transported to our local women’s collective here on the shores of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala to be fire-toasted, hand-peeled and pressed to a fine paste.

Grateful, To be able to experience trying different cacao’s in my Every day life…I haven’t been able to drink coffee in over a decade as the caffeine triggers or brings on anxiety! I have found with drinking cacao (for Me) does not have the same affect as coffee does. This stuff is amazing! I followed the recipe and was very pleased with the sweetness, but I added raw sugar to my daughter’s cup because she likes it sweet. Agave or honey would work too. My new wake up routine has the perfect kick with just a pinch of cayenne. Also love my beaded hummingbirds, and look forward to more colors from the amazon Mayan women that make them.

I have developed a routine that has become so important to me. I order HolyWowCacao and I enjoy it each and every morning. I see others making chocolate things with it but you couldn’t talk me into that. It is my morning ritual. A time of prayer and solitude even in a room filled with family. I shave off my cacao from the block in the kitchen on the counter, and I am thankful that I have this lovely day. My favorite way to have it is to make time to heat some milk (doesn’t matter which kind, fairlife milk, oat, soy, macademia) heated a bit then put in the blender. Sometimes I add a cup of coffee. Some cardamom, vanilla, honey or monk fruit sweetner, a shake of cinnamon, sometimes a shake of chilli powder but most often not. I wizz it up in the blender and poor a large and frothy warm cup and go find my favorite chair in the livingroom, open the blinds, these days I turn on the fireplace, and for 20 minutes I stare out at birds flying by or playing in a tree and I thank God for my blessings.
I love this stuff so much, I have gifted a block to special like minded friends who have never tried it before so that they can develop their own moments. One special friend likes to nibble a bit. Another mixes it with tea. I would not want to ever be without it. It is truly a beautiful, lovely way to love and care for myself. I hope that if you are reading my review, you order some. They ship out of the USA now making it quite efficient to receive.
OHHHhhhh and the hummingbirds! The beaded hummingbirds are precious and are made in hummingbird valley, where the cacao is grown and cultivated. They are precious. I ordered more recently because my sweet granddaughter moved into her new house and took the ones she ‘borrowed’ for her room while here! She giggled and said, YES, Nans! I took them! Giggling and ….taking joy to her new home!
